cafe latte helpful staff safe parking noisy room noisy unit aircon noise

i love that there was a cafe for latte. croissants was convenient too. the staff are happy people and was very helpful. parking is just outside the front door it feel very safe.

the room are very close to lift and it get noisy. people in corridor throughout the night also made noise. i think aircon are powerful but a very noisy unit though.

dirty bathroom shower design

The location was acceptable, providing convenient access to the subway system.

The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. I found hairs in the bathroom. The shower design made it impossible to avoid washing my hair. The breakfast was limited and overpriced. I will not be staying here again

central location comfy bed quiet atmosphere

i found the location very central, close to theaters and main attractions. the room was large enough for my family. the beds were comfy and quiet for a city hotel.

one of the lifts was out of action. it was fine to wait, use the stairs or the service elevator. i hope this can be fixed soon

The concierge service was excellent and helpful. the staff was always smiling and helpful. They upgraded our room as we were getting married. the front desk staff did a great job, they were very kind and polite all the time.

the location was perfect! i found a subway station just around the corner, made getting around super easy. the staff was really helpful and friendly . the room was clean and quiet, which i appreciated after a long day!

The room was very spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was always super clean, which I valued greatly. I also appreciated the complimentary access to a nearby gym.

I expected a bit more for the price. The room could have been brighter, as it was darker than in the promotional pictures.

i found romers conveniently situated a short walk from major attractions. the subway access nearby proved useful for reaching other areas. i appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness .

during my stay, the elevator service experienced some delays. only one of the two elevators was operational for a period. this caused some inconvenience due to longer wait times.
